Ⅰ.Install
The installation of compressor should follow local relevant laws and regulations, and observe the following regulationsstrictly.
1. Hang and transport the compressor should use the jack-up equipment which bearing ability greater than compressor’s weight, the speed of hang and transport the compressor and the acceleration should be confined to the range permitted.
2. Try to install the compressor in the cool, clean, ventilate place, guarantee air is clean and its moisture c-ontent that the compressor sucks are minimum.
3. The air that the compressor sucks does not allow containing flammable gas and corrosive gas, avoiding causing the explosion or inside corrosion.
4. Air-cooled machine should have exhaust fan or wind-lead pipe to lead hot air out of house, avoid it circulates to air inlet.
5. The discharge of the sewage, waste oil of the compressor should be in accordance with the regulation of the local environmental protection department.
6. This machine uses and exchanges power 380V, 60Hz for three phases, the electric wire of the compressor must to match, and should install safety devices such as air switch, fuse silks, etc. In order to guarantee security, the electric equipment must be reliable grounding.
Ⅱ.Debug and Run (pay special attention!)
1. The new machine must be debugged by debugging person who is appointed or approved by our company.
2. Should confirm nobody in the aircrew before starting the machine, check whether to leave over the article and tool or not, shut the aircrew door; Should notify aircrew personnel take care first when starting the machine;
3. At the time of the running-in, check the operation direction of the compressor strictly as finding that overturning should shut down immediately , cut off power , is it start the machine again to replace three-phase line two any , will damage compressor (factory power it need notice to overhaul each time! );
4. Compressor can’t run in higher exhaust pressure than stipulate on nameplate, otherwise, the overload of the electrical machinery will be burned out.
5. While the compressor is controlled by long-range, the machine may be started at any time, please listed and reminded.
6. When there is anything wrong with the compressor or has some unsafe factors exist, make sure not to start the machine by force. Please cut off the power at the moment, and make the remarkable mark in it.
7.There are high-speed gearing and high-temperature parts when the compressor is running. Do not open the door of the compressor optionally.
Ⅲ.Preserve and maintain
The maintenance of the compressor must be done with the guidance by the personnel who have the qualifications.
1. Compressed air and electric apparatus was danger, while overhauling or maintaining should confirm the power has already been cut off, and office hang " overhaul " or " switch on is forbidden " caution signat the place of power, in case others switch on and leading to injury.
2. Shut down and maintain the compressor after waiting for the whole compressor to cool and compressed air to release safely, and the worker should be keep clear of any gas vent in the compressor system as he can as possible, and close the isolate valve correspondingly.
3. While washing the unit spare parts, should use safe solvent of no corrosiveness, forbid using inflammable and explosive and volatilize cleaner.
4. After the compressor runs for some time, please examine safety valve and other protect system regularly, guarantee it sensitive and reliable, generally examine once every year.
5. The accessories of the compressor must be offered by standard factories, its screw oil must appoint the special-purpose oil of screw compressor of our company, and two kinds of oil is forbid to use together, otherwise, it will cause system collect burnt than lead to the great accident.
Warn
The compressor should be operated by the regular personnel; the worker should read over and understand these contents, follow the working routine, security precautions and maintain the norm of the service manual. The disobey behaviors to the safe precautions may cause the serious consequence.
